The Rundown: 01

Lately it's been feeling like time has been whizzing by quicker than I can keep up. Here's the latest:

I made my first trip back East for my friend Melissa's bachelorette party. One of the perks of being self-employed is being able to travel on off-peak days, making flights much more reasonable. Shout out to Lauren for letting me crash for a week while we made our way around DC, including a requisite stop at the local beer garden. Oh and then chauffeuring my a** up to Philly for the weekend with the girls.

Brian and I decided to take a last-minute road trip to Moab to explore Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. We booked a B&B and hit the road. Everyone that I talked to had rave reviews of the area, but nothing compared to seeing it in person. More details on the trip to come…

Lastly, I've been dragging my feet on redesigning my portfolio website, but the other morning I put pen to paper, and started to get my thoughts down. It's amazing how productive it can be to step away from the screen sometimes. Not pictured are the delicious breakfast tacos Brian made to fuel the creative process :)
